I manage a variety of conditions, including interstitial lung disease (ILD), fibrotic lung disease, hypersensitivity pneumonitis, smoking-related lung disease, connective tissue disease-related lung disease, sarcoidosis, pulmonary embolism, respiratory failure and mechanical ventilation, ARDS, asthma and COVID-19.I also perform specialized procedures such as bronchoscopy, transbronchial biopsies, endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS) guided fine needle aspiration and pleural procedures like thoracentesis and chest tube. My research interests include clinical trials and outcomes research.I view myself as an advocate for my patients and their families and individualize treatment based on my patients' needs and circumstances. Along with the disease, I focus on overall health and wellbeing. I cherish the human connections made on the job and find it meaningful to be of help in the most vulnerable phases of people's lives.
